FAQs
Both add minerals, filter 90+ contaminants, and improve taste. The main differences between the two systems are material, size, and the Ceramic Pre-Filter. The Gravity System’s Ceramic Pre-Filter removes fine particles like sediment resulting in slower filtration (about 2–3 hours per tank), while the Glass System uses a streamlined design that filters much faster (about 5 minutes per tank). We recommend cleaning the system every four to six months, at the same interval you replace the filter. Find cleaning instructions here.
Each filter in the system has a different filter life. The Fluoride Filter should be replaced every four months, the Ceramic Pre-filter every year, and the Mineral Stones every two years.
