When the lid on my Mina system started to wobble, I called Santevia to ask how to fix it. They told me they'll send me a new one, and it arrived in perfect condition! 🥰 What a beautiful addition the Mina is on my kitchen counter!

The lid is a perfect replacement for the original lid I got with the system that was cracking down the middle. Santevia replaced the lid on warranty no questions asked. Great costumer service!

I am so happy with my water filter system!! Also their customer service is awesome! There was a small crack in the lid and they replaced it no problem.
