This was a good product but doesn't come with a new scratch pad or at least mine didn't. Only when it came with the unit.

I am using this for many years now and it is doing a great job. Catching all impureties (sorry for mistakes I am french)

the ceramic pre-filter is very effective in filtering our water. I have to clean it with the scrubber that was provided at least twice a week and as of yesterday our community has a boil water advisory because of turbidity in our water supply. I actually detected the turbidity with pre-filter before we got the notice to boil the water

This filter eliminates the micro plastics

The system works well and the water is very tasty
Just bought new filters etc
Should be set for the next 6months +
