Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Santevia, you agree to receive repeat deliveries at the interval you select during checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will continue until you cancel, and your chosen payment method will be automatically charged before each new order is processed.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Santevia to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected frequency, until you cancel.

Subscription Billing & Payment

Your payment details are securely stored in accordance with industry standards to process each recurring order. Charges will be applied automatically at the start of each billing cycle and you will receive a confirmation email each time a payment is processed.

Note: Where required by law (e.g., in California or the EU), we will send you an advance notice prior to your next renewal or charge.

A summary of your subscription terms, including how to manage or cancel, will be included in your order confirmation email.

Account Creation & Management

Creating a subscription order does not automatically create an account on santevia.com. To manage your subscription (e.g., update, pause, skip, or cancel), we recommend creating an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is created, you can log in anytime to view or modify your subscription. Alternatively, you can manage your subscription directly through the link in your subscription confirmation email.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to future charges only. Once a charge has been processed and the order shipped, it may not be refunded unless it qualifies under our Returns Policy.

If you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you will not be charged again for that specific subscription.

Subscription Shipping Policy

• Subscriptions with a recurring total over $99 qualify for free shipping.
• Subscriptions with a recurring total under $99 will be charged a flat fee of $7.99 per shipment.
• Promotional or sale pricing applies to the first order only unless otherwise stated.
