MINA Pitcher Spout

I broke the separate spout piece for my Mina pitcher. I wrote the company an email and I received a phone call a couple of days later. I told him my concern and I received the piece in the mail, no charge a couple days later. Great service, I was impressed how they stood behind their product.

I purchased my first Mina water pitcher last summer. One of the little "feet" on the spout broke. I reached out to customer service fully expecting to pay for the part. I sent the request for a new spout on Thursday and recieved in the mail on Monday at no charge!

J'ai envoyé un courriel à la Compagnie Santevia afin de leur mentionner que le petit bec verseur était brisé. Il m'ont aussitôt répondu et m'ont fait parvenir sans frais une pièce neuve. A part du fait que je suis tellement contente d'avoir un système d'eau abordable et sécuritaire pour la santé car c'est pas mal douteux les autres systèmes d'eau sur le marché, le service à la clientèle est excellente. Merci beaucoup.

I bought a Santevia water jug with mina filters and the same day we accidently boiled the spout out of shape when it fell off the top - it wasnt clicked into place properly! I reached out to customer service about purchasing just this tiny piece and they sent it for free - and so promptly! We are so appreciative :-)
