Like a fool I broke the ring that holds the filter to the top of the second container even before getting to use it. I called, assuming I'd have to buy another one but hoping that maybe I wouldn't. Not only did they provide me a second ring but, since they were worried that their may be bacteria growth since the filter was wet then dried out, they sent me a free filter as well! I was very pleased and impressed with the level of service and care they provided.
