Warranty Program

We guarantee the components of your Santevia products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 30 days, 90 days or 1 year (see the table below). Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found when the product is still under warranty, please email help@santevia.comYou will be required to provide your proof of purchase to process all warranties.

Retailer: If you purchase Santevia products from a retailer other than Santevia, you must return your Santevia products to that retailer and will be subject to the retailer’s return policies. Please check the supplier’s return policies before purchasing.

Santevia.com: If you purchased your Santevia products at santevia.com, and any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found when the product is still under warranty, please email us at help@santevia.comYou will be required to provide your proof of purchase to process all warranties.
