Warranty Program

We guarantee the components of your Santevia products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year, 90 days or 30 days (see the table below). Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found when the product is still under warranty, please email help@santevia.comYou will be required to provide your proof of purchase to process all warranties.

Retailer: If you purchase Santevia products from a retailer other than Santevia, you must return your Santevia products to that retailer and will be subject to the retailer’s return policies. Please check the supplier’s return policies before purchasing.
