We purchased the unit that sits on top of my water cooler 6 years ago. We live in a city where the water gets a skunky flavor and smell in the summer. It now tastes like great well water and we drink far more water. Recently the valve started to lead so I contacted Santevia and they quickly sent me a replacement valve with no issue.- excellent customer service! Great company and great product !
