Préfiltre en céramique pour système d'eau par gravité

Water tastes great and the filter requires very little maintenance. I use a green scubbie pad to gently scrub it every few days to once per week. It is easy and water flow is maintained.

Not only do I love the entire gravity system, the customer service is top notch! Do yourself a favour, and get Santevia into your life! The water tastes great. I also have the water bottle filter. Highly recommend!

Used this system for years but recently bought another for my cabin. After a couple of weeks we noticed the ceramic pre filter turn brown. I don’t know what is in that water but I’m sure glad I bought the unit. At least the water I’m drinking now is crystal clear and not from the tap. I just remove the pre filter once in awhile and rough it up until it’s white again.

The last time i bought filter and it was defective and it is gone in 4 months ( should last for 1 year), I let them know that i git hole in it, the same day they send me the new one 😃it is great company with a great products, they really care about customers! Thank you a lot, good luck!

I brought one with an issue—it took over 10 hours to filter just half a tank. However, customer service sent a replacement within two days, and now it works perfectly!
